I bought this sofa a few months ago in the Christmas sales. It arrived a few weeks ago. Im so made up with it! I was worried the colour would be different in real life but its pretty similar in the photos. Its a great size, plenty of space to fit three people on it. Nice and easy converting into a sofa bed and gives plenty of room for a person to sleep on it, bigger than a single bed. Its fairly comfy, although pretty firm so thats something to bare in mind when purchasing. The only downside is that the fabric itself tend to attract fluff, hairs etc. But thats my only criticism and its worth it because it looks so nice. I have had several people comment on how much they love the sofa. I also purchased the matching chair which I also love and complete the look in my living room! Overall super happy with this Sofabed and great value for money!

We have a loaf branded sofa, but we have had to move out of our property to let it out and didn't want to leave such an expensive sofa in a holiday let. This was the closest affordable option, that would also serve as a sofa bed. I wasn't that bothered, as we're not going to be using it, and it looked good. It is amazing! We done dreams. It's super comfy, higher than most of these style sofa beds, but weirdly gives it a more expensive look somehow. The length is excellent. I'm writing this and my husband is fully stretched out asleep on it, and he is 6ft. I love the navy blue colour, the texture of the fabric. Haven't used the sofa bed option yet, but I could not be happier. It is perfect and an absolute steal at the price. I would pay double for this.

Seat height 48cm. Sear height is a bit tall for a small person like me 4ft11in. So a footrest or foot stool would be advised. I placed mine flush to a corner and took out one armrest to use footrest instead. The sofa is medium to firm. Don't expect to sink in. Very comfortable to sleep in. There is a supporting leg in the middle which my friend and I forgot to adjust when setting up and shall do that next time they're around. Stylish, comfortable for my liking and I love the deep space underneath to put away things like a tea tray, warm slippers, cables, projector etc to achieve that uncluttered vibe. Delivery was on time, pleasant and professional despite no lifts - they have to bring it up to the 3rd floor. Happy with my purchase.

I bought this to replace an old sofa bed. Its looks great. But has taken a bit of getting used to. If youre used to a deep comfy sofa this is a bit different. Its not as snuggly as a traditional sofa. Its narrow, but long so good for 2 people to stretch out on. Its more bouncy with the springs. Its not uncomfortable just feels a little harder and higher than the softness of foam or feather sofa cushions. The bed is definitely only a seldom use bed. And just for one person. One side is a little lower than the other and theres a gap in the middle where the sofa folds up. All that said, it served its intended purpose to be a more space efficient than the traditional pull out sofa bed I had previously. And it looks smart.

I've had lots of nice words from people who've seen the bed - it's impressive and makes an impression. The fabric feels soft if not luxurious, and it's nice and firm and roomy enough to relax on as a sofa. The click-clack mechanism is easy to use and it makes for a roomy sleeping platform, even for a tall person like me. Because of the design (I think its the extra leg which descends when the bed is out flat) the sofadoes sometimes make a slight jangling noise when I sit down: either that or a screw is already loose. But for this price it feels like a purchase I'm very satisfied with.

Excellent quality sofa bed , stylish and amazing royal blue colour. After my previous pricey sofabed which was low quality, I decided to go for this one after seeing it in Watford showroom and couldn't take my mind off it . The staff over there were super helpful after I asked them trillion of questions. The delivery was smooth and the guys helped me put it together. The quality is amazing for the price paid , I saw a lot of sofas and this was by far the best quality at an amazing price. Very stylish and compact yet spacious and super comfortable. I spent a long time trying to find the perfect sofa for my new home. And Im so glad I came across this item! Ordering the sofa was very easy and Dreams kept me updated with stock and delivery dates. Assembling the item was a tad tricky but got there in the end. The sofa is very high quality and feels amazing. Great seat depth (perfect for an afternoon nap). And I love the different colours it comes in. I went for blue and it brightens up the space. Id definitely recommend this sofa to anyone looking for an extremely comfy, versatile sofa.

Great quality sofa. Our staircase is rather narrow but the sofa can be unpacked downstairs to bring it up without the legs on. Fit perfectly. Big compliments for the dreams delivery staff. Very friendly and respectful guys with really helpful attitude. Couldnt be more impressed and will make me return to Dreams for future purchases. The sofa is very comfortable but would recommend it to sleep single guests as it can be a bit snuggly for 2 people. Check the size and decide for yourself. I ended up waiting a whole 4 months for this as it was out of stock for a long time - completely worth the wait. This sofa is so comfortable, spacious and well made. I love that it's got springs in the seat, I really don't like sofas that you sink into - I can't wait to test it out for sleeping! 1 star off as it did arrive slightly damaged with a small but visible tear in the upholstery - however Dreams instantly offered me an exchange, although I opted for a small refund instead. Now I finally have it I couldn't be without it!

An excellent product. Very trendy and unique with a high quality look available in Blue, Forest Green and Steel. Once turned into a sofa bed it is so comfortable that it could be mistaken for an actual bed. The clic-clac mechanism is easy to use and you only have to click the back down to convert into a double sleeping area. Considering the modern design this is excellent value for money. The matching chair available in all three colours is perfect to accentuate the sofa and make this a showstopping feature in your home.

We Bought this sofa to be our main sofa in our lounge. We have had lots of compliments on the looks and how comfortable it is. We where very Impressed with the build quality and finish. I have used it once so far as the fold out bed (which is quite simple and fast to convert to) and had a comfortable nights sleep. It is more of a small double but you can absolutely fit 2 people on it. So pleased we went with this sofa bed as it suited our needs perfectly being able to sleep 2 people but also looking great!

This sofa bed is just fab - more than I could have wished for. Not only does it look beautiful and sleek, it is super comfy for both sitting and sleeping. Whilst searching for a sofa bed, I found a lot of them were a bit dull, boring or far too small for any level of comfort - the Gallway is in a completely different league. Answer: In the event you do not like the product your receive you can return the item as long as it is unused and in perfect condition. You would need to notify the customer service team that you would like to return the item within 14 days of delivery. There would be a collection charge of 39 deducted from your refund.

I do not want to wait 8-10 weeks for delivery, but I know it is in stock at a nearby Dreams store. I have a van - is it possible to collect this in person instead of having it delivered?

Answer: I do apologise for the lengthy lead times we currently have on this item. Unfortunately the store would only have this available to view and would not have the stock to fulfil any order themselves. As such, you would not be able to purchase this and collect it in person.

Would you describe this sofa bed as soft or firm as I have a bad ache and find it only comfortable to sleep on hard surfaces. Is the seat padded/springs?

Answer: We don't specify a firmness for the sofa beds, but as this is designed to be both a sofa and sleeping area this does feel more firm than soft. There are pocket springs in the seat section which create comfort and support without it feeling too soft. Hope that helps

Answer: The Gallway sofa bed comes in 3 pieces. The backrest and seating area is 1 x unit. The 2 x armrests come separately and will need to be attached. The legs also need to be affixed to the base.Assembly instructions are available to view on the product page online.

Can you please tell methe dimensions when the product is in the bed position? I am particular interested in the full length when extended.

Answer: The sleeping area dimensions are 190 x 112cm. The length including the arms is 218cm. You can review an annotated dimensions image on the product page under the 'Dimensions' tab, in which you can toggle between 'Open' and 'Closed' dimensions for more information.

Can those dimensions really be correct? Only 24cm more depth when folded out than when closed? 112cm means only suitable for one person to sleep on?

Answer: Millie,The dimensions have been reviewed and the actual seating depth is 61cm when closed. When folded out, the sleeping area depth increases to 112cm. We do not specify how many people can sleep on this at one time, as this will vary between adults and children.
