This product has a wooden base with a painted outer shell. Any marks that do occur should be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Lovely desk but it can be seen from outside and we are having trouble removing the stickers which are clearly visable. I am aware that others have made the same comment which leads me to think that although you say you welcome feed back you have no intention of acting upon the comments which is actually worse than not asking for feedback.For this reason alone I would not order again which I think is such a shame as I wonder if it had been damaged on unpacking would the reaction to my complaint have been the same as a problem with a sticker.
The delivery, unpacking, assembly and care by Wayne and his colleague is probably one of the best weve ever experienced. They were both polite, friendly and carefully efficient and Wayne, who expertly assembled our lovely Cotswold Company desk, had the reassuring manner of a proper human being that put us at ease. Bought this desk as a gift. It is beautifully made, looks very special. I am delighted. When it arrived it had a little damage to the side. After the phoning customer services, who were brilliant, I had a work man from Cotswold come are repair it. Yet again great service and a great job.All in all I'm very happy to recommend, the company, the product and the great staff.Thank you.
The desk itself looks fabulous in my office, great colour. I was really disappointed however that for the money paid it does is not assembled & inspected on delivery. Whilst I understand for delivery purposes it can not come as a single unit, it was frustrating that I was left with 3 huge cardboard boxes to dispose of, and a damaged unit which I did not discover until opening.
Looks great and the colour and quality of the top are both good. But the instructions to put it together arent clear and its really tricky to get the screws in. Ive managed to tighten up seven of the eight screws but the screw holes for the 8th are out of line. Disappointed that it was so difficult to construct.
The desk looks very nice. Delivery and assembly was very efficient. Many thanks.One problem though - I have got hanging files in the left hand drawer but there is not enough room for the plastic label holders on top of the folders which catch on the top of the drawer. Any advice?Mrs M D Barnes
This is a very practical and well made desk, and the lovely Westcote Blue colour complements the decor in our sitting room.Both of the Cotswold products that we have bought are extremely well made and we would certainly recommend them.
Arrived with plenty of packaging to protect the item. Easy to assemble although due to the position of the screws can be fiddly to tighten. Great quality product and looks great in this colour. Very pleased.
So happy with this product. Came brilliantly packaged in three boxes, already part assembled. Quality and colour is great and exceeded my expectations. Will be purchasing some matching furniture soon!

Lovely modern desk - comes in three parts and was a little tricky to put together but is solid and looks good, with plenty of surface and drawer/cupboard space.
Really pleased with my double pedestal desk and love the Wescote Blue colour it looks really good in my study with the small cupboard the same colour to match.
Broken on arrival and having a great deal of problems with next delivery which they stated would be sent as a priority 29 Oct and still waiting /
Lovely quality wood and finish but the pegs and holes to put it together dont line up properly making putting it together very difficult.
Excellent product. The desk is of very good quality and has a contemporary appeal. It is solid and should last a very long time
