Husband bought the soft version which we tried when we purchased a new mattress and I thought it was quite hard. Fast forward a few months I ended up buying this one as tired of buying superior pillows that were really nothing more than a supermarket own brand. At first the coolness of the protector was amazing as I like the cold side of the pillow, however after a few days this pillow ended up causing me a great deal of neck pain as it just was not breaking in and staying solid and occasionally reverted back to my cheap ones to give my neck a break. I did think I might have to get rid of it. Anyway I was washing the cool feel cover and ended up using it without it or a pillow case and what a difference. The pillow actually works and moulds to you. I have since found out that for memory foam to work it needs warmth and unfortunately this cool feel case is actually preventing the pillow from actually working. I started to use the pillow with the cool feel cover unzipped to allow the pillow to flatten otherwise it stays in its rigid state but its not the best and just put a normal case on it and it again is not great. Ill probably buy a very large pillow case and see if that helps. Hopefully this review will give others who have bought this pillow and are struggling with it an idea as to why it may not be living up to expectations and try it a couple of nights with no cases on the pillow.

I bought this pillow over 2 weeks ago and it is amazing! Not only has it helped with my should pains, lower back pain and levelled out my spin, it lulls me to sleep as soon as my head is on the pillow. I am a side and front sleeper and have been struggling for YEARS to find the right pillow. My partner has the same pillow and bought 7 months ago. His has not gone down or changed shape at all. Being fed up of having to buy new pillow every 4-6 months, with this already having a 3 year guarantee this truly is the best investment on a pillow. The cool touch is also amazing as I now dont suffer from night sweats. Although having a pillow cover on ontop (not really needed) it does reduce the efficiency of the cool touch, it still works through the cover just enough to make a difference. Wonderful pillow, I went for soft to medium as did my partner. Would recommend!

I suffered from neck stiffness for ages, often causing pain that would impact my mood and my ability to get on with life. I used to have 3 pillows (I'm a side sleeper) just to help keep my neck straight. This does the job of all 3 (cheaper bedding only needing the one pillowcase). The cooling feature is good but not perfect. After laying down for a while a flip of the pillow is still needed, but the difference is so much better (and longer lasting) helps me to drift off better and wake up much more comfortably. If you struggle with neck pain I honestly can't suggest any better. Also, if like me you share the bed with someone who is the human embodiment of a radiator, this will help you to drift off without sweating so much that you think you've gone back in time to when waterbeds were popular and sprung a leak.

We purchased and brought away the pillows from the store on the day of ordering. we were good and waited patiently for our bed to arrive before using them. Now I wish I hadn't, these are by far the best pillows I have ever purchased, okay so they are a bit pricey, but think of all the times your buying the pants ones from other stores. Cooling is great to put your head on, if its a warm night, flip it over and its cool again. Only downside is the cooling is not that well reflected through a pillow case (it may just be me) but its cooler out of the pillow case. The covers come off and are easily washed before putting them back on, no shrinkage so ensure you follow the label instructions as we did.

I must admit I was a little sceptical about spending that much money on a pillow, but I'm so glad I did! I've always struggled with pillows and a good nights sleep, so I had a completely open mind when buying the Tempur Comfort CoolTouch Pillow. It took a couple of nights for me to get used to the correct sleeping position, but now it feel completely natural. The pillow is definitely cooler than other pillows I've tried, and manages to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the night. It is also quite firm, but as it moulds around my head, not once have I suffered from a sore ear if I sleep on my side all night. Would I recommend buying one? After 3 weeks of use I can happily say yes!

This pillow exudes luxury from the cover, the weight and the feel. It feels like they have engineered to the same standards as the mattress and not just an afterthought. My only gripe is that it could be a little softer. Sometimes it can feel a little hard but less often now. It does take a couple of weeks to adjust and if it still feels wrong, then its safe to assume its probably not for you. The cooltouch cover is great, well at least for summer. Ive now started to feel the collness come through the pillow case and I hope it doesnt get too cold through the winter. Time will tell. Would be good if you could adjust the pillow fluffiness like the other pillow models they have.

Wonderful pillow! Never slept on anything that feels like this. It's so different to any other pillow on the market. First tried it in Dreams when picking out a mattress and instantly loved it. It's very supportive when tucked into your neck up against the top of your shoulder. It's supports your head without going flat. It's helped a lot with my other half's neck pain. The cooling affect of the material it's made from is lovely. If I'm feeling a bit warm i just flip it over and the other side is heaven! About 4 times more expensive than any pillow I've bought in the past, but we just thought that you can't put a price on a good night's sleep.

I've never had a decent pillow before as i thought they were ridiculously over priced BUT having saved money on our mattress in the sales, we decided to treat ourselves and try a fancy pillow too. This has a cooling cover which is nice, though Im not sure how long that lasts, its very nice to have that effect without having to turn the pillow. The memory foam is pretty solid and gives a firm base. I have arthritis in my neck and so I sometimes use this to sleep and at other times my latex pillow which is higher. But I would recommend if you need good support and a cooling feel. It is, however, quite costly. Ive had a lot of pillows in my time and would recommend spending a bit more on a quality one because it pays off in the long run. This isnt perfect for me, but I like it a lot.

This has to be the ultimate pillow, after wasting so much money on trying to find a pillow that gave maximum support and comfort I decided to buy the Tempur Comfort CoolTouch Pillow and am absolutely amazed at how good it is. Who would have thought that a pillow could make so much difference to how much better you sleep. The pillow also really does feels cool when in use, has a removable, washable cover and a three year guarantee. It might seem an expensive purchase but believe me it's a small price to pay for a comfortable nights sleep, especially when you consider the cost of your bed and mattress.

When trying out mattresses in the store, we were given these pillows to use and it wasn't until we had said yes to the bed and mattress that we were told what they were. We noticed how heavy they were compared to normal pillows but at the same time they were very comfortable and firm but soft and supportive at the same time. We bought the soft version of the pillow and have been really impressed with them since they arrived 2 weeks ago. They really help my wife with her neck problem and she is sleeping much better. My wife alerted me to these pillows whilst we were buying a new mattress so we bought two on the same occasion. Having found that conventional pillows don't keep their shape or fullness for very long after purchase, and so having bought new ones time and again, we are finding that these are doing so. Their weight and solidity makes them much more substantial whilst still very comfortable. Although the initial cost outlay seems expensive, I'm sure that they will be much more durable over a long period of time and so turn out to be better value than what we've bought in the past.

Bought our first set of Tempur pillows around 8 years ago and I honestly cannot believe how they have held up. No deformation and have held there form and support extremely well so it was an absolute no-brainer to buy anything else other than Tempur pillows. To be hyper critical of the new pillows I would say they seem slightly thinner and a little softer in support than the previous pair we bought but probably offer the same level of comfort as the others. I wasnt so sure of it until I got into bed as am on a very comfortable mattress that I also had just bought from Dreams. I was using my normal pillow for a few nights then bought the TEMPUR Comfort CoolTouch Pillow and what a difference it has made to both my wife and I, we can now sleep all through the night without wakening up as we normally do and when we wake in the morning we feel so much better. Comfortable for me, my wife is less convinced. We have not had TEMPUR products before, so this was sort of experimental. So far I find the pillow nice and supportive and I feel that the pillow holds my head at a comfortable sleeping angle. In contrast, my wife has rapidly given up on the TEMPUR pillow and reverted to a more conventional product, as she cannot get comfortable with the firmness and angle of the TEMPUR product. So I guess the recommendation is to try them out in-store to see how you think you'll like them (or otherwise).

Get two. One is a nice pillow for side and back sleepers. BUT They can be difficult to fluff up. Having two means you can rotate them every few days and they inflate when left unused. Get that brand new cloud soft pillow feeling everyday. They don't overheat, the surface is a marvel of engineering and constantly feel like they've come from the fridge to the touch. Put a pillow case on them tempers (pun not intended) this to a fresh feeling surface at all times. 3 weeks in and I'm still in the honeymoon period with these bad boys.

I bought myself one of these pillows last year in store while shopping for a mattress. The sales guy gave me one too use while testing mattresses and although I didn't buy a mattress, I did buy the pillow! Since then, my fianc has wanted one having occasionally used mine so I bought one for her online. I've always had neck aches and was hoping this would help. I've been using it for over 3 weeks and am still not sure if I can justify the high price tag as my aches are still there. Nonethrlss, it's a pillow like no other. I like sleeping in the cold and the "gel" does help but does wean off so if you take long to sleep it might get warm again, similar to sleeping on memory foams. It is very well made and think it'll last ages. I'm still trying to get the hang of it... Will report back

I purchased the pillow on the recommendation of a Dreams colleague and I am so glad I took the plunge! I am a bit of a Goldilocks when it comes to pillows, having tried MANY over the years to find one that is "just right" and I think I finally have. After years of using 3 pillows, I have now switched to the one Tempur pillow. It is nice and weighty so doesn't move around at night (I'm a complete fidget) and it really does stay cool to the touch which is a lovely feeling. I love it!

I have always struggled with pillow - one is too low but resting on two cricks my next. I get too hot with thick pillows etc. These memory foam pillows are perfect as support without having to use a second. Also this version cools (dont ask me how !)! These dont come cheap so worth checking out in store and some people may find too think or firm - but For me I found them best ever and now my biggest problem is getting up in morning as I feel I sleep all day. !!

Choose wisely and be patient. Originally I bought the soft but I kept needing to fluff during the night. Then I bought thr hard, turned out to give me a neck sore. It's way to hard. Wish they had a medium. Unfortunately, can't rerurn the hard due to covid. Now I'm stuck. Alternatively, I've bought a goosedown pillow that I put under the soft temper. It eliminates the need to fluff constantly during the night. I wouldn't recommend unless there is a medium version.

Fantastic.. just great. Im an old school "pillows" guy but oh my god. Memory foam?! Pashaw! I thought as my incredible sales guy suggested i get them. Over priced.. fad... i thought. Nope. Hands up. I was wrong. So blissfully wonderfully wrong. I struggle with overheating now matter what time of year or tog quilt i use. Comfortable, cool and supportive. My husband has slept so much better just by introducing this pillow. We are waiting on our mattress to arrive for the full body support but the pillow has made a world of difference to his neck. He's a pillow folder and hasn't needed to do this at all. He's sleeping so much better and we've tried a lot of pillows. This is expensive but you can't put a price on a good night's sleep especially when it should last you years.

I had a firm tempur mattress and loved it and two pillows to match they was big heavy and firm but your head sank into them and they felt good. This new ones are not as good and for the price of them same as the original ones i had these are not as good. They will do but as they are firm you sink into them and they squash down a lot. I would of been better off with just some good quality pillows as i paid a huge amount for these and i am dissatisfied.

I first tried a tempur comfort pillow in store when looking for a matress. I found the firm pillow to be the most comfortable for me and paired with the tempur elite matress, well all i can say is wow i just wanted to fall asleep there and then. We bought Tempur cool touch pillows. I really dont think you realise what a massive difference to your sleep it makes until youve invested in such quality products. The difference to sleep comfort is quite incredible. The pillows shape to your head. It not only helps with sleep but improves any aches and pains you might have. Not got on well with other memory foam type pillows before. they seemed to aggravate neck and shoulder problems so I was a bit dubious about getting these when purchasing a new mattress. Needn't have worried at all. They are the best of both worlds; firmer enough for support but with enough give to mould where you need them too. Have stopped sleeping with one arm under the pillow since getting these. Highly recommend them, they are worth the price.

I brought this pillow just over a month ago, best Pillow EVER! I have tried so so many pillows,cheap,expensive, side pillow,feather pillows you name it iv tried it! Truly The Rolls-Royce of pillows. It is so incredibly heavy, at least 2-3kg, and quite literally absorbs your head and neck forming a level of support and comfort ive yet to experience anywhere. it is the not the firmest, so do not expect the pillow to hold you up so to speak, instead it module aroudn your head like a super-detailed memory foam only denser. The price is certainly premium, but really this is a cut above the rest in every way.

I was handed a tempura pillow to use while we were testing mattresses in store, although my initial thought was it felt heavy and quiet solid I loved it and bought one ! I have had a stroke which has affected my left side. It has made sleeping a nightmare, so painful in my shoulders and neck. BOTOX injects have made me less suicidal but this pillow has given me a beautiful nights sleep. My doctor recommend I get a decent pillow and I spent 1.5 hours in the shop trying them all out. Bought my husband this pillow for Christmas as he occasionally made comment that he would like one, but wouldnt buy one himself because of lack of belief that a pillow could make a difference to sleep quality. Bought a pair of these when purchasing a new mattress, theyre not cheap but sooo worth the purchase! I sleep on my side and on my front mostly and these pillows ensure my neck and spine is in line, and since having these (2 weeks) my neck and shoulders feel so much better than when I had two regular pillows (4 in total, 2 each side of a double bed). I Brought this pillow while buying a bed and mattress it felt good quality as going around and testing various mattresses. Did have a shock about cost but lasts 3 years and paying off 0% interest so not as bad. Its very very good. It supports my neck very well. It took a couple of nights sleeping with it to become accustomed to the feel of the new pillow. Over a few nights and consequent morning awakenings I notices that I was no longer experiencing pons and needles in my hands and a stiffness in my neck and shoulders. If anything, quite the opposite. Was using this in store when trying mattresses and just knew I had to get them. Ive been struggling to get pillows that suit me for a long time and this is perfect. I alternate between side and back sleeping and this pillow simply adjusts as I move while supporting my head and neck. Expensive but given the number of cheap pillows Ive wasted money on, Im pretty sure it will work out in the long run.

Was very dubious about this, I've always used down filled pillows, but after having neck problems for a while decided to invest in one of these to see if it helped. The pillow feels really hard when you put your head on it, but within moments it has moulded to the shape of my head and gives excellent support throughout the night. I purchased the firm pillow which was a mistake as it felt like sleeping on a rock! Unfortunately you are not able to return pillows for a refund in the same way you can a mattress, even though it has a washable cover and a pillow case over it. Choice of two soft or firm. I bought the firm as I was using two pillows at home for height and comfort to find them separating through the night. This Tempur pillow certainly solved this. When we visited our local Dreams store to buy a new mattress we were given a pillow to use on the beds. Great move! We both immediately said "can we buy a pillow each too?" With a removable washable protector included in the price. No plumping and moving about to get your head comfortable, just soft and supportive. The pillow is excellent, the fabric has a good effect and reduces surface heat/sweat etc. The support and comfort for me is amazing, I never have to readjust my pillow in the night. My wife convinced me that we should buy one of these each when buying a new mattress recently. I must admit to having been very sceptical given the extra cost compared to a normal pillow, however they are excellent! I am a side sleeper who needs quite firm support and have been looking for a replacement for an old unbranded memory foam pillow I bought several years back. I first bought a Tempur Cloud but found it too soft and unsupportive, so I gave it to my wife (who loves it). I already had this pillow without the new cooling feature and needed another one. Existing one is really comfortable but was reluctant to pay the extra for the new cooling feature as so many times fell for a gizmo and never lives up to expectations. I was doubtful about getting these pillows as they are not cheap and I have had memory pillows in the past that I just didn't find comfortable but these are surprisingly good. I've been using a memory foam pillow for years, so I wasn't expecting anything different from the Tempur pillow. My expectations were exceeded as this is easily the most comfortable pillow I've used. I much prefer it to the more rigid memory foam pillow I was using as this one provides comfortable support and allows me to mould it to the most comfortable shape for me.

the pillow felt great in the store, when we actually tried it at home it feels a bit too stiff.. feels nice for me when I fist put my head on it but after a few hours it hurts my neck. The instructions says to use it as a cushion for a few weeks before using it as a pillow so it will be probably need to be worn out a bit before it feels nice like it felt in store.

I bought this nearly a month ago and it is So Comfortable. The new CoolTouch feel is great - it doesn't get hot, which is what people have always told me would happen with a Tempur pillow. It's honestly so comfortable. There are two kinds - a firm one (Comfort) and a soft one (Cloud). I've got the Cloud and it's sooo good for my slightly dodgy neck and upper back!

decided on these pillows after trying a few different "cheaper" types, specifically for neck pain. This pillow has significantly reduced the pain on wake up in my neck. A heavy pillow but soft and shapeable to most sleeping positions. Cannot comment on the cool touch aspect, havnt really noticed that, but still a very good pillow that is worth the money.

I never would have considered investing so much money on a pillow but man was it worth it!!! This pillow is INCREDIBLY comfortable- really supportive no matter what position youre in. We purchased two Tempur Comfort cool touch pillows with our bed purchase. These come in soft and firm and we chose the firm version which suited us both. Since having them on the bed, I have not had any issues with an ongoing neck pain. These are not the cheapest pillow in the shop but recommend them if you want to improve the quality of sleep and comfort!

It keeps my head in a good position whereas before my head would drop to the corners of bad quality pillows and I would get pains in my spine and lower back; not anymore since using this pillow. Tried it out at the store, got 1 soft version for me and 1 firm version for my partner. Got 2 pillows for 149 on offer instead of 99 each. These pillows go with our tempur mattress and are 100% better and more comfy than my last pillow. These will last a long time if looked after properly. This is definitely one of my best purchases ever! On the first night of use it totally changed how I sleep. Im no longer a two pillow sleeper and its perfect for me as a side sleeper. Ive been looking to purchase one of these pillions for a while. I purchased both the cloud and the comfort. I wanted to see which firmness I liked more and ended up keeping both! I've never been a big fan of memory foam pillows in the past as they always seem to be too firm. However, this is amazing and I only need the 1 pillow now too! We received 2 free pillows because we purchased a Tempur mattress.My husband picked the soft pillow, I had the firmer one. We have both got rid of our other pillows as we don't need them with these ones. They support your neck and help with back alignment. Plus with the cool touch no more sweaty heads.....yuck. It took a while for us to get used to these pillows but they are comfortable to sleep on. The feel of them is strange to the touch but the worse 'fault' is that they are not very malleable and cannot be plumped into any other shape like a more traditional pillow and are therefore useless for sitting up in bed with a cup of tea in the morning!

I have been using this pillow for 2 months and chose the soft one. It is extremely heavy and initially has a cool touch, as in the title. Unfortunately my head gets very hot during the night owing to the pillow's filling, so the cool touch cover doesnt completely work. It is comfortable and only one pillow is needed as it is quite bulky.

These pillows come in different softnesses. My other half had the harder one and I had the softer one. They both feel quite hard and heavy to pick up, but when you lay your head on them they are unexpectedly comfortable. They have the stay cool fabric on them too so you don't get too hot in the night. We would recommend these pillows.

Best pillows ever. I opted for a sift pillow and my husband went for a hard one. Like the mattress it moulds to you and the pillow goes back to the original position after moving. After years of using 2 pillows you only need the one. The sales lady advised us you should only need one pillow if you have a decent one and she is right.

My partner and I are both very easily injured when it comes to our shoulders and neck, these pillows have helped both of us in this area, especially my partner she loves it! Only thing I will say is to give the pillows time to settle, I recommend reading the booklet that comes with the pillow as it really helps break in the pillow.

Answer: I am sorry to hear this. Pillows can be returned at any time within 14 days after delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept back any soft goods unless they are returned unused and unopened in their original packaging. Unfortunately we do not offer a collection service or a pre paid return.

Each of the pillows is tested and recommended to each sleeping position based on the support level.The pillows you have purchased are most beneficial to side sleepers. You can search the website which has a search by 'sleeping position' option to help you find your perfect pillow.

Isthe Tempur comfort cool touch only exclusive to Dreams? Apart from the cool touch is there a difference between the Tempur comfort cool touch & the Tempur comfort. Is it just the case that is cool touch or the pillow itself?

Answer: The Tempur Cooltouch range is exclusive to Dreams. It is just the cover that is Cooltouch, and this is the only difference between the products.

If the only difference between the Tempur Comfort and the Tempur Comfort CoolTouch is the case, then why do you advertise Tempur Comfort as Medium and the Tempur Comfort CoolTouch as Medium/Firm? Also, do you sell the CoolTouch case?

Answer: I apologise for my error. We have confirmed that the Tempur Comfort CoolTouch is slightly firmer. Unfortunately we do not sell the cases.

I am quite disappointed with this pillow. We purchased 2 on 04.08.19 and already they are loosing their fullness. There is a dent is one side of the pillow but we were told that they would keep their shape, which is part of the reason we purchased them!
