Overall pleased with this but like other items I've bought from Cotswold, quality control was poor - one corner of the wooden top had been cracked and inexpertly 'repaired' with filler. I had no reponse to my email sending photos of the damage, and had to phone after three days to talk to someone about it. The person I spoke to was apologetic and I was offered a replacement, but as the item was by then out of stock I reluctantly accepted a discount. I've now had four items of furniture from Cotswold and only one was in perfect condition. Customer service is variable to say the least, there really don't seem to be enough staff and while some are very helpful and knowledgeable others show lack of training and I was given incorrect information when calling to ask for further details about a particular item of furniture. The furniture is not cheap, and for these sort of prices I expect better quality. I also object to the constant marketing emails.
