Bensons for beds in Reading was amazing. Nice guy took time to help me and discuss options and then processed my order. Delivery was great, on time, and put together for me. However, one draw does not fit properly and I have tried to contact customer service twice via email with a video of the faulty draw and I'm still waiting 2 weeks later for an answer.
