The product and the delivery were good, but the ordering process was difficult, firstly the website does not allow me to register an account so unable to order online, I had to place the order on the telephone. After the sideboard was delivered, we were very pleased with it so we decided to order the Wiltshire Painted Large TV unit, I range the ordering telephone line, but only able to get through to Kate who was not able to take my order and promised someone will call me back to take my order, no-one called me back, so I range the following day, again unable to get through and again Kate picked up the phone and she could not take my order, twice it happened that I could not place an order with Cotswold. The poor experience with ordering put me off all together, so I ordered similar unit with a competitor instead. If I had this kind of poor experience I suspect Cotswold is losing a lot of business because of the difficulty in placing orders. I am keep getting e-mails about the Cotswold products but my poor experience in ordering had really put me off in trying to place an order with Cotswold again.
