This cupboard is nice and was delivered in a timely fashion. However, I an very unhappy with the service that I have received from Cotswold on other orders. I ordered a bedroom set in December 19, for my daughter as a gift from myself and her grandmother for her 1st home. It was supposed to be delivered week of 16th January. I rang on 8th February to chase it up. I had received no updates at all. The person I spoke to could not deal with it. They said their supervisor would call me back. This did not happen. I rang again today. The call message said they were open til 4pm. It was before 4. They were closed. I tried the online chat. They could not deal with it either. There was no record of my call. The online support chat got cut off before it had concluded. This is not the first time I have hd problems. I made large order earlier in 2019. I was rung 2 days before the delivery date to say that some of the items were no longer available. It took numerous call, speaking to different people repeating the story to sort it out. Calls were not returned. So overall. I do not think my experience on a number of occasions meets the standards that Cotswold say they provide.
