As buying online how can you return if not suitable please

Answer: If you purchase online and receive the item and decided it isn't suitable for you, you would be able to return it. However the product would need to be unused, in perfect condition and in it's original packaging, there would also be a collection charge of 49.00. You would need to notify customer services within 14 days of delivery if you wished to return the product.Many thanks

Does this have a soft close feature I.e closes without slamming down.

Answer: The lid is held and operated by gas struts which uses it own weight to close. Please note this is not a soft close mechanism.Many thanks
