Wardrobes arrived as promised and pleased with the quality. Once constructed they are very heavy and appear durable so should last many years. The only down side was that one of the wardrobes (we ordered 2) arrived without the shelf supports so I am currently unable to fit the shelves. Customer Service were very polite when I explained the problem and they have ordered a set which hopefully will arrive very soon.
Super quality. Easy to assemble once you have understood the build order. Fitting the sides to the back panel as the first step gave us a laugh as we should have fitted the front panel/doors to the sides first! If you get this wrong you have to step inside the wardrobe to put in the fixing screws. Beware of the base popping out the frame of the large drawer.
Slightly less robust than I might have expected, the legs in particular are rather thin which means that they dig into the carpet. I replaced the very small knobs that were provided with larger oak ones, and this has greatly improved the look of the unit. Overall pretty pleased.
Everything was well built except the Drawers which were badly measured in that they were not flush when closed and could have been a little tighter. With your permission I got my Carpenter to adjust them so that they fitted better. Build quality 4star Value for money 4 star.
Great sized wardrobe that's really well made and looks great in our bedroom. Opted to have it built for us, we were concerned about building it and hurting ourselves or damaging it, very glad we did and the two men had it done in no time. Very pleased we decided to buy this!
Excellent product, very logical to install with pieces falling only in the right place, no need for the instruction. Very solid when finished, has the feel it ca withstand many more moves. Looks very good as well.

Mainly excellent, but unfortunately had a large black mark ingrained in one of the visible panels.After sales care has been excellent though and a 'damage refund' offered.
large bottom drawer is rather tight and doesn't slide in and out too well - otherwise the unit is a good size with different storage options for the third section
Love our new wardrobe - it looks great in our new home. A big shout out to the Cotswold team who were able to delay delivery at the very last minute.
