Lorenzo 2 Door Sliding Wardrobe

Great wardrobe. Build was tricky. Instructions not that easy to follow. At a key stage of building it would have been helpful if a note was included to advise not to secure against the wall until the end shadow boards had been added. This meant that by the time we realised the shadow boards had to be fitted to top and side panels, it was too difficult to remove the whole wardrobe to add the board against the wall. A simple NB at the appropriate stage would have been very helpful.

There is a broken piece. It's one of the top sliding catch things. Trying to find one at present as it's almost built just needs doors and frame put on. Can you advise how I can get a replacement part ASAP and I will edit my review accordingly. You can see the door in pic with the said part not attached

Benson's does not provied a fully managed end-to-end delivery and installation service - they just deliver the flatpack furniture. The rest is down to you as the buyer. That leaves ALOT of room for installation issues for expensive furniture which does need careful and precise installation.

Really nice wardrobe, good size. Although was really tricky to put together and took 3 men about 6 hours due to all the parts. I feel some pieces could of been pre-assembled in the factory to make it easier.

I love my wardrobe, it is massive, no more fighting for wardrobe space with my fiance. I love the wood it is strong and the mirror is a plus. It is worth it's price. Thank you Benson for beds

It has been delivered late and damaged. The back side is too thin and fragile. I paid extra for a slower but it works when you all Ds de down to close not when you slide to open the wardrobe

Great price for a good wardrobe. Great installation by the fitters and good communication following purchase. Overall good experience great customer service and would definitely recommend

Lovely product. Really completed our bedroom, they are solid, well made and have plenty of space in them. I would definitely recommend this product.

Quality wardrobes, huge doors are not a practical idea. One door arrived damaged and we have to wait 6 weeks for a replacement

This is a quality product, Instruction are a little bit vague but once your complete the build it wirth it.
