Chester Grey Grand Sideboard

I wouldn't know - it didn't arrive. After contacting you regarding the delay in delivery (you did not inform me of the delay) you arranged express delivery - so I arranged someone to be in the house - it didn't arrive. I contacted you again and you informed me it was out of stock - how long for delivery? How long is a piece of string. Full credit to the numerous staff I spoke to for being friendly and polite every time however if I wanted a friendly chat I would call a mate - what I wanted from you was furniture and you have not fulfilled. This, and the other 2 pieces of furniture I ordered have been cancelled and I have gone somewhere else. I will not shop with you again.

The item was damaged when delivered. The damage was to the top of the rear panel , behind the drawer, so we said we could live with it. There was also some shelf supports missing. The driver contacted the office and I was told we would get a partial refund as compensation and the brackets would be sent in the post. Neither has happened.

The side board looks great however the doors are really stiff and clunky to open and close. There is also a clip missing on one of the shelves so I cannot use it as it wont stay up. I reported this at delivery and emailed customer service. However I am still waiting for a response to my email to customer service from over 2 weeks ago.

We absolutely love our new sideboard! It is a real quality item and looks amazing. Finally, I have enough space for all my crockery, cutlery, napkins etc in one place. Thank you for making the delivery so easy and flexible too - we were kept informed all the way on timings and the whole experience was just very pleasant!

I would definitely order from the Cotswold Company again in the future - their customer service has been A+ all the way with great communication - great quality furniture - love our new decor - even the delivery drivers unwrapped everything and took the rubbish away and positioned it all inside the house

Pleased with the sideboard but Again draws have uneven joints on both sides when closed, always having to adjust this manually, as friends has also comented on this . The two stablizing Legs underneath have ajusters which are far two short having to pack them with wood to do there job.

Excellent value for money. It is beautifully made and has a lovely finish. It is worth paying extra to have this item unpacked and materials recycled as it is so well packed, it took a longer than expected. So impressed with item, I have just ordered a dining table and chairs.

Very pleased with this purchase. Well made and great value for money. Love the light oak finish. Delivery was good, we was informed that there was a slight delay on route but that was no problem. No problems with positioning the sideboard in our lounge and it looks perfect.

Had several great comments on it from family, seems sturdy and lovely colour and finish. Really big, it would be great if cabinets were sit closing but this is not a big issue at all and I knew this before purchasing. Looks stunning in the lounge!

I ordered this for my office/craft room and it is perfect. My arts, crafts and sewing paraphernalia now neatly stored away! The shelves in the cupboards are adjustable. No complaints, all satisfactory, perfect delivery.

Lovely piece of furniture, could be improved with soft close doors and drawers but otherwise perfect!This is my second purchase and the customer service staff are consistently helpful, definitely recommend them to friends.

I absolutey love this sideboard! Having downsized from a much larger house, we needed above all else plenty of storage space and this certainly ticks that box with the advantage of looking very, very smart.
