Chester Grey Corner Desk

Like so many others, I found myself having to work from home and needed a decent working space and this seemed to be the right fit for a relatively small room. Whilst this desk isn't the cheapest option on the market, I wanted to buy something that would last for years rather than just for "lockdown", this will certainly be the case as the desk is solid. Unfortunately, due to lockdown, the option of delivery to room of choice, build and take away packing wasn't available to me (completely understandable), however, if you chose to go ahead and order please make sure there are 2 of you to transport to your room of choice and to carry out the minimal build that is need - this is a heavy piece of furniture and!

Well made, perfect design for my cottage bedroom which doubles as computer/printer space. Bought the large chest of drawers and bedside table to match and it all looks beautiful with no 'office look'. Plenty of desk area, legroom and storage. Pleased it arrived with both choices of metal and wooden knobs - the wooden ones were perfect for my older property. The only issue for me was the huge amount of polystyrene that came with the products. The furniture arrived in perfect condition but could there be a move towards natural/recyclable packaging please?

More expensive than competitors, when comparing spec (wood type, style, colour/fittings etc). We bought a selection of items from the 'Chester Grey' range, primarily because of this Corner Desk, which is much more difficult to find elsewhere - thus completing a 'set'. A little disappointed in the dimensions of the storage cabinets, although a good size depth and height wise, the width makes them extremely difficult to find stationary/filing storage for. Unsure as to whether a computer processor would fit in here to be honest.

the picture does not do this desk justice . It is a very very good size and really well made. The cupboards are ideal for storing paper in for the printer and it has a drawer which is handy too . But the work surface is fantastic as it hold the computer and printer and our shredder and has plenty of room to still work on it as we have a mail tray and a calender and mouse mat and still we have room , so don't be fooled by the photo as this is not a small desk this is a very good size desk .

Really happy with this desk. Saves so much space by fitting into the corner of the room but at the same time has so much work surface space. We have also got the Chester Grey printer unit and these two items make a lovely study/office. Great the desk comes in 2 boxes so you know it will easily fit it in any room or get up the stairs.

I am quite pleased with this desk - it has plenty of clear space and fits well into a corner. I am a bit disappointed that the cupboards are quite small for the size of the desk and the drawer does not have a smoother mechanism as it opens on a wood runner, not on rollers. Shades of MFI!

This desk is exactly what we wanted. Very high quality and fits perfectly into a small study. We purchased it alongside the narrow bookcase. Weve had so many compliments especially on the desk. We paid for assembly and it was definitely worth it. Gorgeous piece of furniture!

teally pleased with this desk. It is sturdy and practical and visitors have complimented the piece. I cannot comment on assembly as I paid for this to be done.
