I ordered 2 x chest of drawers, 2 x bedside tables, 2 x gents wardrobes a kingsize bed and a dressing table and mirror in the Chantilly RangeAll arrived well within the delivery slot and I received a call 30 minutes before delivery. The chaps who delivered seemed very rushed and short for time but were helpful and polite.Instructions for the items requiring minimal assembly were clear and concise and the fixings were all of a good quality. HOWEVER, both wardrobes had some damage but I was able to fully construct one from the two boxes. I photographed the damage and emailed Cotswold. They were very apologetic and arranged for a replacement to be delivered, 2 other options were a 50 compensation or full refund. This was arranged and was delivered 2 weeks later (my choice of date, sooner was an option), this wardrobe was also damaged. So a further phone call to Cotswold and a third attempt was made. Rather disappointingly the third wardrobe also had some damage but we were able (with the one waiting to be taken away) to construct a damage free wardrobe from 2 boxes.Despite these issues I am happy with the Chantilly range and it all looks beautiful in my newly decorated bedroom. After sale Customer Service was excellent and the issues dealt with swiftly and with utmost courtesy.
